Our pumpkin and carrot crackers are a delicious gluten-free option to replace wheat-based crackers or bread. They’re slightly chewy as they are dried at low temperature, not baked, and have the flavor of classic indonesian spices, such as cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. The crackers have a light natural sweetness from pumpkin and dates. Enjoy with cheese, nut butter, dip, butter or one of our homemade soups. We make them by blending pumpkin pure filtered water, cashew nuts, carrot, dates, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger powders, nutmeg, black pepper, fresh coriander, sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds, and Bali sea salt. We use a food dehydrator to gently dry them. We put them in packs of three, so you’ve always got one on hand.
