For orders shipped within Indonesia

Upon receiving your order, please take a video of unboxing your order from it’s sealed condition to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shall any of your goods arrive:

1. Faulty/Expired upon arrival,
2. Shipping box in perfect condition with damaged product inside,
3. Product does not match your order,

For faulty or damaged products following the conditions above, we will issue a refund within 7 – 14 working days according to your payment method & purchase price.

For products that do not match your order, please keep them unopened and in mint condition to be eligible for a replacement, we will arrange a pickup courier to return the items to us and send you a replacement free of shipping charge.

For shipments where the original sealed shipping box arrives damaged along with it’s contents , please contact us immediately and we will help you claim to the shipping agent.

This return policy applies to orders purchased directly through If you purchased our products at a retailer/reseller, please contact the seller regarding your return.

In store pickup & deliveries within Bali

We accept returns for any damaged/expired goods upon arrival. Within 48 hours please contact the outlet you ordered from and provide your receipt.

We will arrange for the products to be returned to our nearest outlet. Once we verify your problem we will issue a voucher code for the same purchase amount or send a replacement product.
