Our curry flaxseed crackers are a delicious gluten-free option to replace wheat-based crackers or bread. They’re slightly chewy as they are dried at low temperature, not baked, and have a lightly spicy curry flavor. Enjoy with cheese, nut butter, dip, butter or one of our homemade soups. We make them by blending zucchini, carrot, fresh basil, and sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds, curry powder and Bali sea salt and use a food dehydrator to gently dry them. We put them in packs of three, so you’ve always got one on hand. Flaxseeds are a good source of healthy fats and fiber, to help digestion. Sunflower seeds are rich in healthy fats and Vitamin E, which helps protect your cells against damage from free-radicals. Pumpkin seeds are rich in healthy fats, magnesium, folate and zinc and may help improve heart, bladder and prostate health. Curry is proven to be effective at reducing the length of colds and flu.
