We use local organic vegetables and ferment them together with Kimchy spice to make a crunchy probiotic condiment with a little kick. We make our sauerkraut with white cabbage, Chinese cabbage, jicama, carrot, cucumber, green, yellow & red peppers, Bali sea salt, Kimchy powder and ginger.
Sauerkraut is loaded with Vitamins C and K, important for a healthy immune system, iron for strong red blood cells and fiber and good bacteria that keep your stomach and gut in balance. Ginger is beneficial in treating nausea, menstrual pain and chronic indigestion. It may also help to reduce muscle pain and soreness, lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
