Our Country Bread is made with wheat flour, ground corn and flax, sesame and sunflower seeds. This gives our version of the classic white country loaf a slightly denser texture. Enjoy with any of our homemade jams, nut butters or dips, or as a side for one of our delicious soups. Make a sandwich or grill a few slices for toast. We make our Country Bread with wheat flour, pure filtered water, butter, cane sugar, yeast, Bali sea salt, polenta (corn meal), flaxseed, sunflower seeds, white & black sesame seeds and egg.
