Coconut oil is a good source of healthy fats that are important for proper brain function, reducing hunger and raising the good blood cholesterol (HDL) levels. Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties and is good for people with diabetes as it helps lower blood sugar levels and can improve sensitivity to insulin. Clove is used in traditional medicine to support healthy liver function and help regulate blood sugar levels.
