We make our gluten-free singkong chips by air-frying fresh cassava root. We don’t put in any preservatives or additives. Enjoy with dips, spreads, cheese or just on their own. Add a handful as a crunchy side for soups or salads. Kids love them!
Cassava is a good source of Vitamin C, niacin, thiamine and riboflavin, and minerals, such as calcium, potassium and magnesium. It’s full of resistant starch which improves gut health by feeding beneficial bacteria.
