This Good Night essential oil blend is a synergy blend formulated to help you relax. Good Night is a mixture of: Lavender Oil, Bergamot Oil, Geranium Oil, Patchouli Oil, Ylang-ylang Oil that will make you relax and sleep well.
Apply* a few drops on your temples and the sole of your feet to help you sleep better.
*For use on the skin, dilute it with a high quality carrier oil, for example Ailia Virgin Coconut Oil here.
Do the test with Good Morning diluted (for example, with VCO) on the inner arm for sensitivity test.
USES:
- Breath in using an essential oil diffuser or personal pocket inhaler.
- Body application: 2-5% dilution, 4-10 drops per 100 ml liquid soap/cream/lotion/massage oil.
- Diffuser: 3-5 drops per 100 ml of water.
