This essential oil blend is a synergy blend formulated to brighten your day. Happy Me is a mixture of: Bergamot Oil, Peppermint Oil, Magnolia Oil, Lemon Oil, Ylang-ylang Oil that will make your mood up and feel happy.
Diffuse Happy Me at home and everyone will feel uplifted and in a good mood.
Apply* a few drops on your palms, heart area or the tip of your nose. Breathe slowly and feel calm with the ‘Happy Me’ Essential Oil Blend.
*For use on the skin, dilute it with a high quality carrier oil, for example Ailia Virgin Coconut Oil here.
Perform the test with Happy Me diluted (for example with VCO) on the inner arm for sensitivity testing.
USES:
- Breath in using an essential oil diffuser or personal pocket inhaler.
- Body application: 2-5% dilution, 4-10 drops per 100 ml liquid soap/cream/lotion/massage oil.
- Diffuser: 3-5 drops per 100 ml of water.
