Our versatile Turkish pide bread is our version of the popular Middle Eastern flatbread with a very light malty taste. It’s made in an airy mini pocket-shape that can be used to make a sandwich, or sliced up and served with our classic or beetroot hummus. Pides also make a great side for salads or soups. We make our pides with wheat flour, milk, extra-virgin olive oil, brown bread concentrate, yeast, Bali sea salt, Bali heritage garlic, and dried oregano. Our fresh-baked breads are a good source of healthy carbohydrates and fiber in a balanced diet. Brown bread concentrate contains wheat bran and roasted wheat malt flour to give a slight malty flavor and more fiber. Extra virgin olive oil is one of the healthiest oils you can eat, full of healthy fats and antioxidants that can help reduce the risk of heart disease, and Vitamins E and K for good cellular health.
