Our Spanish Potato Pie is based on a well-known Spanish dish known as Tortilla Espana or Tortilla Patatas, made with eggs and potatoes. The dish is highly versatile and can be eaten as a main meal, for a snack or after school. Add salad or some steamed or stir fried vegetables for nutritious, healthy eating. We make our pie with potatoes, coconut oil, onion, Bali sea salt, fresh parsley and eggs.
