We make our homemade creamy spread by blending dried pumpkin seeds, coconut oil and a pinch of Bali sea salt. Enjoy on bread or toast, add to yogurt or a smoothie or drizzle over fruit, salad or vegetables. If you have nut allergies, you can use this spread in place of nut butters.
