Our fresh-baked pretzels are a lower calorie and lower-gluten bread option and a good source of B-complex vitamins, which help your body produce energy. Bavarian flour is a mix of rye, roasted wheat malt flour and barley malt extract that gives bread a rich malted flavor and extra fiber. Rye has the benefit of being a gluten-free grain.
