Our multigrain loaf has a denser texture than all-wheat breads, with a pleasant light malt flavor and the crunch of seeds and grains. It’s a more solid bread with lots of fiber. Enjoy with any of our homemade jams, nut butters or dips, or as a side with one of our delicious soups. Make a sandwich or grill a few slices for toast. Our fresh-baked breads are a good source of healthy carbohydrates and fiber in a balanced diet.
We make our multigrain bread with wheat flour, pure filtered water, yeast, Bali sea salt, black rice, egg, brown bread concentrate and white and black sesame seeds. Brown bread concentrate contains wheat bran and roasted wheat malt flour to give a light malt flavor and extra fiber. In ancient China, black rice was considered so nutritious, that only royalty were allowed to eat it. It contains higher protein levels than white or brown rice and is a good source of fiber, for healthy digestion, and iron, for healthy red blood cells. Sesame seeds are a good source of fiber and healthy fats and may help lower cholesterol and high blood pressure. Eggs are a great non-meat source of protein and B vitamins, healthy fats and nutrients that are good for eyes.
