Our all-natural probiotic kombucha is brewed with kombucha mushrooms, pure water and cane and palm sugar to make a lightly fizzy and refreshing health drink. Kombucha has been used for hundreds of years as a treatment for digestion troubles, rheumatism, gout, high blood pressure and more. We use organic Balinese rosella fruit that we buy from the Mentingunung Village Enterprise project that supports poor rural women and their families. Rosella tea has a tart flavour that is refreshing in hot weather. Rosella fruit are high in antioxidants and Vitamin C and may help lower blood pressure and cholesterol, boost liver health and help with weight loss.
