Our light, airy English Muffins have a crisp outside and a soft chewy inside. We add ground corn to give them a slightly denser texture than standard muffins. Enjoy them toasted or grilled for breakfast, with butter, nut spread or jam. They go nicely with one of our homemade soups for lunch or dinner for light healthy eating. Our fresh-baked breads are a good source of healthy carbohydrates in a balanced diet. We make our muffins with wheat flour, pure filtered water, polenta (corn meal), coconut oil, cane sugar, yeast and Bali sea salt. Coconut oil is a good source of healthy fats that are important for proper brain function, reducing hunger and raising the good blood cholesterol (HDL) levels. Polenta, or corn meal, has the benefit of providing gluten-free fiber.
