Angelica keiskei, commonly known under the Japanese name of ashitaba, literally “tomorrow’s leaf”, is a species of flowering plant in the carrot family.
This Ashitaba is organically cultivated at the height of 1.200 meter above the sea level, without chemical fertilizers nor pesticides, around a fertile valley in Malang, Java, Indonesia.
